I just finished reading an article in the New York Times tonight regarding renting a Wright home for the weekend. I've seen some of his houses in LA during his textile block period and fell in love with that style. What I particularly liked about the article was how the writer defined what I also thought about Frank Lloyd Wright's works. To quote Mrs. Ireland, "Wright’s designs seem not so much of their time as outside of time." She put in words what I always thought and why I've always appreciated about Wright.
